Located at our Head Office in Alexandria. APG & Co has over 1500 employees representing 3 iconic Australian fashion brands SABA, Sportscraft, JAG with stores across Australia and New Zealand.A new opportunity has arisen for a Digital Content Producer to support the Digital Marketing Lead to produce a range of multi-media content types of high relevancy to our customers for each brand, website and channel.  Content includes SEO-optimised customer guides, inspirational articles, videos and how to guides in line with Brand Style Web Guides.The key purpose of the content is to drive traffic and conversions through Owned, Earned and Paid media channels.Based in our beautiful new offices in Alexandria, this permanent role promises a dynamic and friendly environment, talented workmates and a great work/life balance working 8:30-4:45pm and finishing at 4pm on a Friday!Reporting to the Digital Marketing Lead, day to day responsibilities include:Work with Retail, Customer Insights and Product teams to understand the customer profile for each brandCreate and maintain a multi-channel content calendar ensuring all changes are briefed and are liveImplementation of defining keywords to aide in natural search requirements inline with SEO best practise across the websitesTo monitor and evaluate each month to define next steps and implement changes as and where possible.Managing the sourcing and development of multi-media content relating to the websiteGather content requirements from internal and external stakeholders incl Product, Online and Retail teamsGenerate innovative ideas to attract new audiences through unique content that is relevant, engaging and entertainingEnsure content meets Brand tone of voice requirements, useability and SEO standardsProactively share content across the group for use across all other channelsWork with Studio teams to ensure standards as per Web Style Guides are met and related imagery is producedWork closely with Online and CRM teams to understand customers and tailor content to their needs and channelsWork closely with Digital Marketing Coordinator to understand search rankings and impact The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:Experience leading, determining and developing content specifically for digital consumption; familiarity with digital marketing channels is highly desirable (Email, SEO, SEM, Display, Social, Retargeting, and Affiliates)Experience working with online content management systems; knowledge of HTML, CSS a plusExperience with Google Analytics is desirableDetail-oriented with strong written and presentation skills Our values are simple.
