APG & Co has over 1500 employees representing 3 iconic Australian fashion brands; SABA, Sportscraft & JAG with stores across Australia and New Zealand.We are seeking a confident, enthusiastic and dynamic Paid Acquisition Specialist / SEO Specialist / Paid Acquisition Consultant / SEO Consultant who can demonstrate experience in running successful Paid Acquisition & SEO campaigns in a retail environment. We are a fast paced multi brand and multichannel retailer who needs an expert to drive though recommendations around optimisation of the search budgets across brands. Key responsibilities include;Monitor campaign results, analyse key metrics, and optimize click-through and conversion ratesMonitor, on an on-going basis paid and organic results and manage projects to ensure continued high performance. Provide ongoing support of all paid and organic initiatives including reporting, analysis and optimisation recommendationsProactively implement and make strategic paid acquisition campaign recommendations across PPC, Facebook, Affiliates and Instagram in line with brand & commercial campaigns.Utilize bid management tools and data modelling to maximize the effectiveness of PPC and paid social campaignsAbility to create and implement PPC and paid social campaigns, briefing in all assets required for display and social carousels.Provide recommendations to improve landing pages quality score and SEO rankingsConduct keyword research and selection for pay-per-click campaigns and SEO projects as well as define the campaign focus’s for all APG brands.Analyse websites and document changes required for SEOThe ability to interpret HTML and CSS, although coding experience is not necessaryA high degree of numeracy and the understanding and ability to interpret web analytics;The ability to explain key paid and organic strategies and actions to stakeholders in a clear, persuasive and authoritative mannerTo report back to weekly trade meetingsServe as liaison with paid search engine contactsWorking to ROI targetsThe ideal candidate will have;Minimum of 3 years of pay-per click experience and search engine optimization experienceMust have knowledge of Google Adwords, Facebook Power Editor, Google Merchant Centre and Google Analytics.Experience using a feed management tool like Commerce Connect or Channel Advisor would be desirable.Web development experience is a plusAbility to perform research, analyse websites, document changes and make decisions regarding optimization approachAbility to compile and analyse search data and metrics and make decisions regarding campaign directionAbility to perform click through rate, conversion, spend and creative analysis to identify growth/optimization opportunitiesStrong oral and written communication skillsExcellent analytical skillsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsExcellent Microsoft Office skillsAbility to work independently and within a team environmentStrong independent decision-making, organisational, planning and problem-solving skillsAPG & Co CultureThe culture at APG & Co believes in one team, being passionate, clear and simple.
