Located at our Head Office in Alexandria. APG & Co represents Sportscraft & SABA – two iconic Australian lifestyle brands with stores across Australia and New Zealand.This role is responsible for developing and delivering effective social media strategies that actively engage the Sportscraft and SABA social media communities.The successful candidate will be responsible for:Sportscraft and SABA social media platform management Managing and optimising social media channels for Sportscraft and SABA (core channels including Facebook, Instagram)Developing monthly creative content plans and calendars ensuring all content is on-brand, engaging, channel appropriate, and addresses core objectives for each channelScheduling of social media content across all channelsManaging social media advertising across all channels (recommending budget spend, developing implementation plans, booking advertisements)Community management of all channels, consumer regrams and usage of brand hashtags and handlesManaging growth strategies including advertising and seeding strategies (blogger/influence/ambassador outreach), lead generation and conversion strategies, hashtag optimisationMonitoring and analysing campaign performance for ongoing optimisation and improvementReporting on key milestones, social media activity (organic and paid) and the blog via Facebook insights & Google analyticsSportscraft and SABA social media strategy Develop and deliver effective social media strategies that actively engage the Sportscraft and SABA social media communitiesCreate and drive social-led campaign strategy across Sportscraft and SABA with an objective to build brand exposure and grow the current follower baseCollaborate with marketing, digital, CRM and VM teams to create multi-channel campaigns, optimising social media platformsManage and optimise the Sportscraft & Saba wordpress blogs, assisting the Marketing Brand Managers in developing the blog strategy, writing articles and liaising with blog contributorsConduct competitor analysis and research of social media trendsMarketing strategy and budget forecasting across brandsProvide ongoing administrative support to the Group Brand Marketing Manager & Brand ManagersThe ideal candidate will be an experienced, self-motivated individual who is passionate about social media, customer engagement and will possess the following attributes:Degree in Marketing/Digital Communications+3 years’ experience in social media managementCan demonstrate experience in content creation across multiple social channelsProactive attitude and a desire to excel at everything you doGood communication and organizational skillsHigh attention to detailGood multi-tasking skillsEffective and confident communication skills will compliment a highly motivated, passionate person, who will have the desire to achieve beyond what is expected of the role.APG & Co CultureThe culture at APG & Co is believing in one team, being passionate, clear and simple.
