Known for its quality and craftsmanship, APG & Co sources the best fabrics from Europe and around the world. We are seeking a self-motivated individual who enjoys working in fast paced environment.Being part of the Business Improvement team, you will be responsible for delivering high-value initiatives to drive the success of APG & Co. This position requires an individual with strong organisational skills, fantastic communication, great cross-team coordinator with solid skills in project documentation and reporting.In this role, you will report to the Business Improvement Project Manager who will work with you to prioritise and scope initiatives to drive business outcomes. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with documentation of Project Requirements / Scope.Communicate brief to the relevant party (e.g. development team, web designer, external vendor etc.) and determine delivery timeframesDevelop a project plan for each project detailing for all required activities, delivery timings and responsible parties.Coordinate regular meetings with minutes to engage and track the status of all relevant parties impacted/involved in the project.Monitor Projects’ status and High light any potential issue or delay Prepare UAT test cases Coordinate Assist in the testing of new business improvements projects & system upgradesIdentify potential Root cause of testing issue,  investigate rectification & solutions for the issueDocument & manage issue log during Testing & Implementing Providing admin support or assisting other team members in Logistics & Business Improvement when neededAssist in preparing presentation materialsSkills & QualificationsBachelor degree in Commerce, IT or related field of study.006F1-2 years experience working in eCommerce or an online retailerExceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Ability to work on tight deadlines.High competency in Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.Familiarity with HTML and Atlassian JIRA is highly desirable APG & Co CultureThe values at APG & Co are:Being customer-obsessedDriven to SucceedOne TeamAuthenticCourageousDevoted to ServiceAPG & Co BenefitsDiscounts on productSample salesWork-life balancePaid Parental LeaveReal career Development This a fantastic opportunity with an iconic Australian brand, to register your interest "Apply now".
