Description of Role
As a Buying Admin Assistant, you will support both Women's and Menswear Buying Teams. Working as a vital link between suppliers, internal departments, and key stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of the buying process.
We're looking for a commercially savvy individual who will bring a curious and data-driven mind-set as well as a passion for all things Retail! You love focusing on product, customers are always front of mind.
Key Responsibilities
ADMINISTRATION and SYSTEMS
- Assist in both the WW + MW Buying administration and management of processes and procedures to deliver ranges to stores with accurate product information
- Communicate and liaise with internal and external functions all relevant information
- Responsible for raising PO’s
- Creation of Buying Boards, line sheets and updating range plans
- Reconciling Range Plan against PO data.
- Maintenance of AP21 and Range Plan
- Raising EANS, price tickets and communicating with stores on any product or pricing changes
- Communicate and action Assembly slides with the wider team
PRODUCT
- Responsible for sample management and tracker
- Assist buyers to review trade reactions and collate samples when needed
- Order and chase Buying and PR samples and assist marketing with campaign imagery
- Pull samples to be shot Online and Visual Merchandising
- Assist Buyer with Product Development and ordering of the Accessory range for both WW + MW
REPORTING
- Run weekly sealer tracker report
- Work with factories on maintaining delivery schedule
- Provide support to buyers on reporting and analysis on daily/weekly/end of month sales and post season analysis
- Understand the characteristics of product and how to maximise sales through attribute reporting
- Assist with competitor analysis reporting.
