About the Role
We are looking for a creative and highly organised Content Coordinator to support our Senior Marketing Manager in executing a wide range of brand and marketing initiatives. This role will play a key part in ensuring the seamless delivery of brand messaging, with a strong focus on content creation, asset design, and digital marketing execution. Working across multiple omni-channels, including web, email, social media, and in-store, the Content Coordinator will help bring the brand’s vision to life through engaging and strategic content. This role will suit a creative mind with strong organisation and analytical abilityâa marketing mastermind in the making.
As the Content Coordinator, you will be the custodian of the brand’s design and content guidelines, ensuring consistency and excellence across all visual and written communications. You will execute content pillars and marketing initiatives across key channels, ensuring that brand storytelling is impactful, cohesive, and aligned with broader business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Design and create assets for digital and print use, including website banners, email marketing, social media graphics, and in-store collateral.
- Create and manage assets such as lookbooks, brand documents, occasional retouching
- Act as the custodian of brand design guidelines, ensuring all creative outputs maintain visual and tonal consistency.
- Assist in development and execute content pillars across all marketing channels, ensuring a strategic and engaging brand narrative.
- Assist in content creation and copywriting for web, email, social media, and other marketing channels, ensuring alignment with the brand tone of voice.
Campaign & Marketing Execution
- Support the Senior Marketing Manager in executing marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and visual identity.
- Support the development and execution of e-commerce and digital marketing initiatives, including email marketing and paid digital campaigns.
- Stay across the tactical planner and critical time path to understand and plan for brand milestones and key launch dates.
- Coordinate and schedule social media content, ensuring a consistent posting schedule and engaging storytelling.
- Monitor and respond to customer and community engagement on social media and other digital platforms.
Photography & Content Production
- Support the Ecommerce team for website content updates, ensuring product launches, campaign assets, and promotional messaging are accurately reflected.
- Assist in the organisation and execution of campaign photoshoots, including briefing photographers and ensuring assets align with the marketing calendar.
- Coordinate content and e-commerce shoots, managing logistics, briefs, and execution to ensure high-quality brand representation.
Collaboration & Brand Partnerships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including e-commerce, retail, and buying, to ensure marketing materials support broader business objectives.
- Assist with content generation via influencers and brand partners, ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Provide support for PR and brand events/activations, ensuring seamless execution and brand alignment.
Performance & Market Insights
- Conduct performance reporting on content and campaign effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement.
- Work with external agencies and suppliers for the production of marketing materials and content.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity, bringing fresh ideas to the team.
About You
- 1â3 years of experience in a marketing, content, or design role, preferably within fashion, retail, or lifestyle industries.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Canva.
- Experience using Figma and other design tools.
- Strong design sensibility and an understanding of visual storytelling.
- Basic knowledge of social media management tools and paid digital marketing is a plus.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to adapt messaging to different channels.
- A passion for fashion, design, and brand storytelling.
