About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Content Creator to join our marketing team.
This role is responsible for producing engaging content across digital platforms â from concept to creation â that builds brand awareness, drives community engagement, and supports product and campaign launches. You'll ideate, create, and publish high-impact content including short-form video, photography, graphics, and written posts across social media, email, and e-commerce channels. Working closely with the Creative Lead and Marketing Manager you’ll bring our visual identity to life.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation and Digital Publishing
· Create and publish a steady stream of original content including short-form video (e.g., Instagram Reels and stories, Facebook and TikTok), photography, behind-the-scenes edits, GIFs, animations.
· Write engaging, brand-aligned captions and post copy for social media, digital campaigns, and product features.
· Maintain a content calendar in collaboration with the marketing team to ensure timely delivery of content across key platforms.
· Ensure all published content aligns with brand tone, visual guidelines, and campaign objectives.
Creative Styling & Content Coordination
· Collaborate with the Creative Lead and Marketing team to ideate content themes for product launches, brand campaigns, and key moments across the retail and social calendar.
· Concept and storyboard content ideas that are culturally relevant, platform-native, and creatively aligned with the brand’s evolving voice.
· Support content strategy by contributing ideas for trend-driven content, seasonal activations, and influencer partnerships.
Studio & Shoot Participation
· Attend and support brand photo and video shoots, capturing
behind-the-scenes content and supplementary assets for digital use.
· Edit and prepare content post-shoot for various channels, ensuring
it is formatted and optimised for each platform (e.g., 9:16 Reels,
1:1 grid posts, landscape for YouTube/EDM).
· Assist with styling, prop sourcing, and shoot prep as needed to
support creative production.
Studio Budget & Administration
· Stay up to date on trends across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok,
Pinterest, and emerging platforms, identifying opportunities for
timely content creation.
· Understand basic performance metrics (reach, engagement,
click-throughs) and adapt content based on insights from the
marketing team.
· Maintain an organised archive of published assets and reusable templates.
· You’re a confident content creator with hands-on experience shooting
and editing social-first content (even if it’s from your phone).
· You have a strong visual eye and a deep understanding of what makes content engaging and shareable.
· You know how to work fast, stay organised, and adapt your creativity to meet brand goals and timelines.
· You have a natural understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content formats â and how audiences interact with them.
· You’re collaborative, curious, and constantly on the lookout for new ideas, creators, and techniques.
· Experience in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or e-commerce content is a bonus.
