We are looking for a motivated Graduate/Junior Data Reporting Analyst to join our Commercial team. We are built to last. The Role Develop new and continuously improve regular performance reports and dashboards based on business requirementsDeliver accurate data and regular reports to the business within agreed timelines Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement via data visualizationAssist in data cleaning, preparation, and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency Assist in ad hoc projectsOwnership of the administrative process of existing systems and reporting hierarchiesStay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance the company's data capabilities YouA recent graduate (or 1-2 years’ experience) in a related field such as Business, Data Science, Economics, or Statistics.Excel: Proficiency in Excel is a must for a junior data analyst, as it's widely used for basic data analysis, creating pivot tables, performing calculations, and generating charts/graphs.SQL: Knowledge of SQL (Structured Query Language) is essential for querying databases, retrieving data, and performing basic data manipulations like filtering and aggregating information.Data Visualization Tools: Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, to create clear, visual reports and dashboardsPassionate about data and analyticsEnthusiasm to learn new data analysis techniques and toolsStrong problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detailAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a teamStrong interpersonal and communication skills Capable of working towards tight deadlines and changing prioritiesAdaptability: The data landscape can change quickly. The Role 

  • Develop new and continuously improve regular performance reports and dashboards based on business requirements
  • Deliver accurate data and regular reports to the business within agreed timelines
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement via data visualization
  • Assist in data cleaning, preparation, and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Assist in ad hoc projects
  • Ownership of the administrative process of existing systems and reporting hierarchies
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance the company's data capabilities

 

You

  • A recent graduate (or 1-2 years’ experience) in a related field such as Business, Data Science, Economics, or Statistics.
  • Excel: Proficiency in Excel is a must for a junior data analyst, as it's widely used for basic data analysis, creating pivot tables, performing calculations, and generating charts/graphs.
  • SQL: Knowledge of SQL (Structured Query Language) is essential for querying databases, retrieving data, and performing basic data manipulations like filtering and aggregating information.
  • Data Visualization Tools: Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, to create clear, visual reports and dashboards
  • Passionate about data and analytics

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Capable of working towards tight deadlines and changing priorities
