In this role, you will help spearhead technology initiatives alongside APG & Co’s online and CRM teams. You will manage an in-house development team as well as critical technology partners to deliver vital growth and transformation projects in the online, retail and customer acquisition space. This role will be responsible the technical delivery and ongoing support/maintenance of APG & Co’s e-commerce platform (Salesforce Commerce Cloud), Data Warehouse and Customer Management platforms. This role will manage the delivery and relationship of key external development agencies, technical service vendors as well as internal development outputs.
