In this role, you will help spearhead technology initiatives alongside APG & Co’s online and CRM teams. You will manage an in-house development team as well as critical technology partners to deliver vital growth and transformation projects in the online, retail and customer acquisition space. This role will be responsible the technical delivery and ongoing support/maintenance of APG & Co’s e-commerce platform (Salesforce Commerce Cloud), Data Warehouse and Customer Management platforms. This role will manage the delivery and relationship of key external development agencies, technical service vendors as well as internal development outputs. APG & Co’s IT team is a fast paced and agile environment with a passion for digital and great customer experience. The values: We are a Collective, We Thrive on Change, We Play to Win, We are Built to Last.Key ResponsibilitiesOwning the delivery of any projects related to the APG & Co eCommerce, CRM and data warehouse platforms.Manage external development agencies, technical service vendors and key technology partners such as Salesforce to ensure they understand APG & Co’s business objectives and requirements.Work alongside and support key business teams (Online, CRM, Retail) to understand their requirements and ensure project delivers to meet their business needsManagement of the in-house online development teamAgile / Scrum knowledge for Project Management and use their SDLC knowledge to keep projects on trackPlan, manage and coordinate project activities across multiple teams, both internal and external to ensure the successful on-time delivery of projectsEstimate project delivery timeframes with input from other IT teams, developers and/or vendorsManage, track, prioritise and report multiple projects to manage internal stakeholder expectationsReview and ensure quality of UAT activities with business teamsAddress maintenance support issues and interact with customer support and other IT teamsDocumentation of any technical designs or procedures into our internal knowledge baseExperience using enterprise eCommerce platforms, Content Management Systems, JIRA and other project management tools would be advantageous.YouKnowledge of agile methodology, SDLC methods, UAT methodologies, IT project planning, IT project budgeting8+ Years experience in successful delivery of IT projectsExperience in eCommerce platform developmentExperience in retail and supply chain processesExperience in CRM or Data Analysis projectsExperience in IT operations and support processesExperience in working in a complex multi-application environmentExtensive experience in vendor management both onshore/offshoreTechnology advocateA concise and effective communicatorGreat people skillsA natural problem solverA great mediatorStrategic Decision MakingPlanning and OrganizingCustomer FocusCommunicationBuilding a Successful TeamBuilding Positive Working Relationships (Teamwork/Collaboration)Where do I sign?This full-time role is based in our stunning head offices in Alexandria.
