Head of Retail – Myer Concessions

A newly created role - join our Retail Leadership Team to launch and then lead the Myer retail channel for APG & Co (Sportscraft, SABA & JAG). Create and drive a long-term partnership between APG & Co & Myer by optimising performance metrics which drive revenue growth and individual brand awareness.   Initially this is a pivotal project role ahead of our channel launch covering strategy development, operational execution, and key stakeholder co-ordination.  You will be responsible for all channel recruitment, operational execution, and national store rollout.  Post launch, you will lead your retail team to successfully deliver on key performance areas including talent management, sales, visual merchandising, operational excellence, brand awareness and customer experience, continually driving customer acquisition, profitability and productivity metrics. APG & CoA leader in the Australian fashion industry, APG & Co designs and manages Sportscraft, SABA and JAG. CHANNEL LAUNCHRecruit to the agreed retail structure and individual Brand requirements. National store rollout within agreed timeframe (20 stores) Deliver achievable operational budgets including rosters, recruitment, and salesDevelop a customer centric cultureEnsure clear and effective communication and collaboration between Myer and APG 2. SALES AND PROFITABILITYEnsuring channel budgets are consistently met Analyse financial reports and optimise trading conditions.Develop and implement strategies to drive key retail metrics: UPT, ATV, staffing productivity, customer acquisition and overall ranking performance.Develop and maintain a productivity focus with the retail teams. 3. CUSTOMER EXPERIENCEImplement and monitor customer feedback, addressing any issues promptlyPromote a positive customer experience in store with well executed Brand storiesImplementing and maintaining highest level of visual merchandising Drive customer retention, customer lifetime value, repeat purchases and improve NPS4. STRATEGIC LEADERSHIPMulti-site management of the Myer concession channel nationally. Develop and implement a retail strategy aligned with the individual Brand Strategy  Recruit, lead, mentor and develop a retail team which fosters a high-performance culture.Promoting positive APG & Co culture and aligning team to individual brand visionsConduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and talent development.5.
