We are denim â all new fits, all new washes.This newly created role will assist and support the JAG GM ensuring best practice processes are implemented and communicated to improve stock/sell through, increase sales and first margin targets.Duties will include;Understanding the JAG customers’ needs and wants to ensure product selection is on brand, commercial and customer centricAdhere to CP timelines for all product decisions making to ensure on time delivery.Working closely with Design to have a clear understanding of the trend direction of the brandDevelop the initial product mix strategy for each season, by department.Plan and manage seasonal OTB at department level using planning tools Maple Lake and AP21.Develop and manage the range plan based on the analysis of sell through results, department strategy and general market knowledgeDeliver product presentations to ensure Retail teams have a clear understanding of the seasonEstablish and maintain strong working relations with Design, driving negotiation and timelinesSkills & Experience; 3+ years in a similar role with a mix of Buying & PlanningAP21 experience will be highly regardedProficient in Microsoft ExcelAbility to work autonomously, prioritize tasks and take initiativeStrong communication skills and attention to detailAbility to work autonomously, prioritise tasks and take initiative to achieve resultsAbility to solve problems with attention to detailAPG & Co CultureThe culture at APG & Co is believing in one team, being passionate, clear and simple.
