APG & Co is seeking a fashion apparel loving Logistics Coordinator to provide operational support to the Logistics Manager and demonstrate effective management of all inbound and outbound freight, stock management and day to day operation. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you will need to be a process driven individual with impeccable time management and organisational skills.The Logistics Coordinator will also partner with other stakeholders in the business to ensure "the right stock gets to the right store in the right time at the lowest cost".  APG & CoA leader in the Australian fashion industry, APG & Co designs and manages Sportscraft, SABA and JAG. APG & Co values and expects authentic, courageous, driven team players.   The RoleCo-ordinate all inbound and outbound deliveries between freight forwarder, warehouse, stores and customers meeting a 99.5% KPI.Manage end to end exports to NZ and CI to meet 100% DIFOTMonitor end to end logistics process, drive continuous improvement e.g. processes, effective reporting, monitoring cost related activities to ensure logistics cost are under control and assist with IT initiativesSupport the Sydney logistics team to ensure all day to day necessary tasks are completed and all exceptions are managed promptlyManaging warehouse inventory, meeting stock shrinkage <0.02%Support offshore shipping team with any adhoc requestsCoordinate new store deliveries and store closuresBuild strong internal and external stakeholder relationships YouMinimum 2 years in a head office logistics team (preferably retail)Strong computer skillsExcellent analytical skills, problem solving & attention to detailExcellent communication skills and the ability to build both internal and external relationshipsAbility to work independently to prioritise and manage time effectivelyStrong customer focusWilling to learn attitude & adaptable well with changes Where do I sign?This full-time role is based in our stunning head offices in Alexandria.
