APG & Co is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our collaborative team and support the delivery of the HR strategy to drive business results. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will provide end to end HR support, as well as work across HR projects.  APG & CoA leader in the Australian fashion industry, APG & Co designs and manages Sportscraft, SABA and JAG. APG & Co values and expects authentic, courageous, driven team players. The Role As the HR Business Partner you will work closely with the Chief of Sales and Marketing and be the  first point of contact for all generalist HR support for the broader retail team, including store managers and employees, state managers, based across 350 stores.  This role suits a high performing, proactive individual who has a keen attention to detail, a common sense approach and a willingness to roll the sleeves up.
