Part time role available for experienced Senior Print Designer working across both Mens and Womens, for Saba and Jag within APG & Co. Work closely with our designers to ensure consistency of handwriting, aligning with creative direction. The RoleCreate original artworks (placement and yardage) from scratch, plus working purchased designs into repeatContribute to creative direction with designers, focusing on prints, researching vintage plus contemporaryProficient with print repeats and colour separationsIllustrator and photoshop renderingCommunication with mills / factories to send initial artwork, and trouble shoot / problem solve issues as they developStrike off comments and approvalsMaintain print archive / libraryResponsible for separating screens in artworks, selecting colour standards and chipping all paperwork to send to mills YouMust have experience with both screen and digital printingOrganised and responsibleHand painting skillsExperience required in dealing directly with mills, working at speed, with attention to detail, with awareness around costing considerations, associated with different print techniques.Need to be fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (mainly Photoshop and Illustrator, some Indesign)PC proficient Where do I sign?This contract role is based in our stunning head offices in Alexandria.
