APG & Co values working as a collective, thriving on change, and playing to win. We are built to last. The RoleAssist with documentation of Project Requirements / ScopeCommunicate brief to the relevant parties (e.g. development team, web designer, external vendor etc.)Co-ordinate & Develop a project plan for each project detailing for all required activities, delivery timings and responsible partiesCoordinate regular meetings with minutes to engage and track the status of all relevant parties impacted/involved in the projectMonitor Projects’ status and High light any potential issue or delayPrepare UAT test casesCoordinate and assist in testing of new business improvements projects & system upgradesIdentify potential Root cause of testing issue, investigate rectification & solutions for the issueDocument & manage issue log during Testing & ImplementingProviding admin support and assisting other team members in Online & Business Improvement when neededAssist in preparing presentation materials YouExperience with executing UAT and Atlassian JIRA is highly desirableKnowledge of Demandware & Apparel21 system would be an advantagePrevious experience working in Digital / Online environment preferredAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamHigh organisedAbility to work to tight deadlinesExceptional verbal, written and presentation skillsHigh competency in Microsoft applications including Excel, Word and Outlook Where do I sign?This full-time role is based in our stunning head offices in Alexandria.
