A leader in the fashion industry, APG & Co is the guardian of Australia’s iconic fashion brands Sportscraft, SABA, and JAG.Known for the integrity with which we approach design, manufacturing, marketing and retailing, we are committed to building and growing Australian brands to see them live prosperously into the future.A new opportunity has arisen for a Customer Relationship Marketing Manager to join the APG & Co. team.Reporting to the Group CRM Manager your key responsibilities will include:Owning, developing and evolving the multi-channel CRM strategy, in line with the brand’s marketing activity ensuring we are maximizing campaign impact at every opportunity.Manage the EDM through to post campaign analysis ensuring the right messages are delivered to the right customers at the right time – and on budget.Along with the Customer Insights Manager, drive the strategic customer segmentation strategy.Manage adhoc direct mail campaigns from brief through to delivery and post campaign analysisManage and develop the VIP program, growing and retaining the VIP database.Drive multi-channel strategy to acquire and retain customers, increasing traffic to stores and onlineDevelop and implement activities around the VIP member communication calendarDeliver value add reporting of all campaign results providing meaningful customer insight and recommendations based on customer behavioural data.Responsible for all customer data including online and instore, combining this to develop a single customer view and multi-channel marketing strategy based on this.Maintain data integrity and quality for all customer related dataManage the CRM budget, ensuring invoices are processed on timeManage and develop one CRM CoordinatorAgency and supplier management where necessary. The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:Degree in Marketing/ Communications3 years experience in CRM in an omni – channel environmentProactive attitude and a desire to excel at everything you doAdvanced excel and reporting capabilityPrevious experience using a CRM system and/or ESP.Good communication and organizational skillsHigh attention to detailPeople Management Our values are simple.
