We are customer obsessed and believe the customer experience we offer is crucial to our ongoing success.This pivotal role will help the Design team in creating product in line with the Sportscraft DNA. Duties may include but not limited to;Collaborate with Designers to help design/develop product in line with the Brand DNA that meets customer needs and offers constant innovationWork with Senior Designer to identify new opportunities for growthVisit stores and competitor locations on a regular basisEstablish and maintain a clear record of fit and product commentsEnsure all CP deadlines and tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.Ensure all aspects of the production process in specified areas of responsibility are completed in a timely and accurate manner e.g.: lab dip approvals, trim and accessory selection and approval.Key learnings taken from SWOTS and actioned into future design The ideal candidate will have:Strong organizational skillsTertiary qualifications in Textiles and Design1-2 years’ experience in a commercial design environmentAbility to manage multiple tasksA team player that is keen to contribute to the businesses wider successStrong Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skillsCAD knowledge APG & Co.
