We are built to last.About the RoleWe are seeking a multi skilled and proactive Systems & Infrastructure Engineer to join our IT team. About the Role

We are seeking a multi skilled and proactive Systems & Infrastructure Engineer to join our IT team. This role is critical to maintaining and evolving our core infrastructure, ensuring operational resilience, and supporting secure and scalable technology services across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and support on-premises and cloud-based server and network infrastructure
  • Manage backup and disaster recovery systems to ensure business continuity
  • Perform regular security patching and updates across systems
  • Monitor infrastructure using alerting tools and respond to incidents
  • Administer and optimize cloud environments (e.g., Azure, M365)
  • Handle internal escalations and provide Tier 3 support
  • Lead or assist in the implementation of new systems and technologies
  • Automate business processes using scripting and integration tools
  • Configure systems to meet compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Manage vendor and guest access, ensuring secure and auditable access
  • Drive security uplift initiatives in line with IT strategy

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in systems administration, infrastructure support, and cloud technologies & cyber security
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, networking, virtualization, and backup solutions
  • Experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, and security tools (e.g., Defender XDR, Sentinel)
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., Essential Eight)
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Desirable Expertise & Qualifications

  • Microsoft certifications
  • Experience with Endpoint Central, and PAM360 IT management tools
  • Exposure to ITIL practices and service management tools
