Our Online team have a passion for technology and digital services. Online is the fastest growing area of our business and in this team, you will be directly responsible in creating features and services that our online customers use.We’re looking for a Web Developer who is responsible for enhancing, maintaining and supporting the end to end solution for APG & Co’s eCommerce sites and marketplace channels. This position serves the e-commerce platform (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, previously known as Demandware) and its integration points for all of APG & Co’s digital channels for our brands: SABA, Sportscraft, JAG.This role is key to ensure our eCommerce solution remains best in class and continues to service our online customers. You will work collaboratively with the Online and Customer Care teams and liaise frequently with our digital agency & digital service partners. Key ResponsibilitiesCore development on the APG & Co’s online solutionMaintenance and on-going enhancement of APG & Co’s Demandware platform and any corresponding integrations to 3rd parties service providers.Investigating, identifying and resolving production issues and bugsCollaborate with internal teams to understand new requirements and/or troubleshoot issuesCollaborate with external vendors/service suppliers to build and/or support our integrations points with external systemsReport progress and status of technical activities to Group Head of Digital Projects. This includes the escalation of any issues that will impact the delivery of projectsPlan and estimate backlog items for sprint planningSelf-manage and prioritise work load to meet sprint cycles and project timelines.Develop and manage code changes which adhere to best practices setDocumenting any technical designs or procedures into our internal knowledge baseBuild reusable code and libraries for future useSkills & QualificationsSalesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware) experience is highly desired or any other enterprise eCommerce platform1+ year commercial working experience developing in React / Redux3+ years UI experience with HTML5 / CSS 3 / SASS / SMACSS / JavaScript / Ajax1+ year experience with Web service technologies and standards (protocols, security, etc.).1+ year experience working on eCommerce projects.Experience in responsive and mobile web developmentExperience in integrations to 3rd parties services via Restful APIs and JSON.Experience in working directly with internal customers & external partners, solving technical issues, and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate technical conceptsFamiliarity with scrum and working in an agile project environment.Ability to work on multiple projects, reprioritize as needed and consistently deliver on time.Familiarity with source control tools such as GIT, BIT Bucket, SourceTree, Bitknex with Eclipse APG & Co CultureThe values at APG & Co are:Being customer-obsessedDriven to SucceedOne TeamAuthenticCourageousDevoted to ServiceAPG & Co BenefitsDiscounts on productSample salesWork-life balancePaid Parental LeaveReal career Development This a fantastic opportunity with an iconic Australian brand, to register your interest "Apply now".
