APG & Co is seeking an all-round awesome Allocator to join our talented team! You will play a pivotal role in the Planning team in managing the allocation process of stock to stores and providing support in maximising sales through effective planning, quantification, analysis, and proactive management of financials. Planning across a growing category means you need to be a strong and confident stakeholder manager who can network, engage with and foster relationships across the business. We are built to last.The RoleEnsuring all orders are allocated promptly Complete all amendments as requested Communicate with team regarding any allocation or dispatch issuesCreate all replenishment models in excelRun replenishment twice weeklyMaintain all minimum stock templates for replenishment Process all markdowns in AP21 & upload onto intranetIssue Consolidation Reports on styles when necessaryAnalysis of department, class, sub-class and product performance to identify trends, and what action needs to be takenAchieve business objectives through analysis, reporting & measurement of sales, margin and inventoryTo ensure all reports required are supplied in a timely manner with relevant insightsWork with Planner to produce appropriate sizing ratios for seasonal useIssue Consolidation Reports on styles when necessaryConduct store visits to ensure an understanding of the customerWork with store colleagues to optimise the stock packages in storeKnowledge of the differences between different store gradesAssist the Planner with weekly and adhoc analysisEnsure a sound operating knowledge of merchandise related computer systems - AP21, Data Warehouse and all other systems.
