We have an amazing opportunity for an analytical and enthusiastic to join our Sportscraft Planning team in the role of Allocator.This role will work closely with key departments to ensure accurate allocation of stock to stores with a focus on maximising sales, improving stock flow and trend analysis.APG & CoA leader in the Australian fashion industry, APG & Co designs and manages Sportscraft, SABA and JAG. APG & Co values working as a collective, thriving on change, and playing to win. We are built to last.The RoleAllocation of stock to stores in line with department plans and business strategyLiaising with key external and internal stakeholders and leading the allocation team to ensure all deadlines are metAssist Planner with in-season management of the department to achieve sales, profit, and stock budgetsAnalyse product sales, inventory performance, and communicate areas of risks and opportunities to PlannerFlow line forecasting and managementMaintain delivery schedules to drive intake and allocation decisionsEnsure system integrity and information management for accurate reporting and analysisEnsure models are set and maintained to assure that stock levels maximise product sell throughCommunicate with team regarding any allocation or dispatch issuesRun replenishment twice weeklyMaintain all minimum stock templates for replenishment Process all markdowns in AP21 & upload onto intranetIssue Consolidation Reports on styles when necessaryConduct store visits to ensure an understanding of the customerWork with store colleagues to optimise the stock packages in storeAssist the Planner with weekly and adhoc analysisEnsure a sound operating knowledge of merchandise related computer systems - AP21, Data Warehouse and all other systems.Prepare reports and distribute to the team when needed  YouExperience in allocation & replenishment systems considered advantageousStrong financial and numerical skills with the ability to interpret and act on trendsA passion for analysing data and driving allocation decisions to maximise profitCommunicate effectively - verbally & writtenLogical & a problem-solverStrong organisational skills, & capable of working autonomouslyData driven with a high attention to detailIntermediate Microsoft Excel skillsFaster learner of new systems/softwarePassionate about retailWhere do I sign?This full-time role is based in our stunning head offices in Alexandria.
