Located at our Head Office in Alexandria, APG & Co has over 1800 employees representing 4 iconic Australian fashion brands with stores across Australia and New Zealand. Known for its quality and craftsmanship, APG & Co sources the best fabrics from Europe and around the world.The successful candidate will work within the Customer Care Team to ensure all calls and emails are answered and responded to in an appropriate and timely manner. The role will involve working on an 8 hour shift basis (between 8am and 6pm). Duties may include:Action customer queries, via inbound calls and emailResolve customer complaints in partnership with key stakeholdersMaintain VIP customer databaseProcess of Customer returns and refundsSupport our retail stores including unresolved in-store issues and conflict resolutionAssist the Customer Care Supervisor as required Skills & ExperienceProfessional communication skills, written and verbalComputer literate, numerical aptitude, and willingness to learn new skillsPassionate about customers and service deliveryPrevious customer service experience requiredCall Centre experience is highly desirableFlexibility to work a roster covering a 38hour work weekAPG & Co CultureThe culture at APG & Co believes in one team, being passionate, clear and simple.
