APG & Co has over 1500 employees representing 3 iconic Australian fashion brands SABA, Sportscraft, JAG with stores across Australia and New Zealand.A new opportunity has arisen for a EDM Developer working across all three brands, coding our marketing campaign emails using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This is a great opportunity for a developer wanting the flexibility and family feel of an in-house role â in a fast paced, fashion retailer.Based in our beautiful new offices in Alexandria, this permanent role promises a dynamic and friendly environment, talented workmates and a great work/life balance working 8:30-4:45pm and finishing at 4pm on a Friday!Reporting to the CRM Manager, day to day responsibilities include:Working with the CRM teams on EDM strategy.Building database queries using Salesforce and SQL to target EDMs to the right audience.Build HTML emails using following a brief from CRM teams to send within Salesforce (Exact Target).Ensure a high quality of email build, complete with a robust testing across devices.Work with the team to optimise EDM Performance.Be a champion salesforce user, assisting in building segments and queries, setting up triggered campaigns also using various additional features like PI (Predictive Intelligence) SMS etc.Stay up to date on emerging email technologies, and assist in adhoc implementation of email tools & work with external partners for new projects.Maintain and create documentation in confluence. The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:Experience with creating HTML based emails and landing pages on tight timelines.Photoshop experience preferable.Understanding of HTML5 and CSS3, of UI patterns, grids and mobile first designs.Understanding of SQL and relational databases.Proactive attitude and a desire to excel at everything you do.Good communication and organisational skills including contributing to technical documentation and commuting technical information effectively.High attention to detail.
