Known for our quality and craftsmanship, APG & Co sources the best fabrics from Europe and around the world.The Marketplace Assistant is responsible for the daily operations of APG’s Marketplace stores.APG & Co is trading the brands Sportscraft, SABA and JAG on external marketplaces and fulfilling orders via "drop-ship". Currently live on eBay and The Iconic, APG & Co aims to broaden brand awareness and acquire new customers through additional marketplaces. Key Responsibilities will include; Responsible for day to day operations for APG’s Marketplace channels including product load, order tracking, product/samples management, stock monitoring, returned orders and marketplace community feedback.Operate and optimise product/price/stock feeds based on marketplace performance and demand using APG’s Commerce Connect toolLiaise with marketplace partners to ensure operational efficienciesTroubleshoot and liaise with Online Fulfilment and Customer Care teams to resolve any marketplace customer order issues.Work with integration vendors to ensure integrity of Marketplace system and troubleshoot issues. The successful candidate skills and & experience; Interest in the online retail business and marketplacesProficient with Microsoft SuiteStrong attention to detail.Outstanding communication, time management skills and the ability to work to deadlines.Ability to work in a fast paced environmentBasic understanding of using Commerce Connect, Seller Center and eBay (not essential)APG & Co CultureThe culture at APG & Co is believing in one team, being passionate, clear and simple.
