Are you a proven payroll professional looking for a role with a difference?The position offered will encourage you to apply your payroll processing and retail award interpretation knowledge to a trans-tasman organisation and iconic Australian apparel brand. As a specialist in retail employment this role assists the National Staff Planning and Payroll Manager.  The initial eight-week contract, includes interpretating employment awards, advising on payroll related transactions and executing financial models.  We are seeking someone with a strong drive and ability to get the job done!Past-experience in payroll or human resources within the retail industry, adherence to project deadlines as well as financial acumen is essential.  In addition, exposure to Kronos Workforce and ADP payroll is an advantage.  Strong communication skills are an asset to this role, enabling the engagement of a broad stakeholder group. You would also be encouraged to be actively involved in process improvement projects.About youPast retail award, payroll processing and/or and employment relations experienceTechnical acumen regarding complex wage calculations and verification of valuesProvision of accurate and expert interpretation of the retail employment award as well as general employment proficiencyAbility to interpret both contractual and financial informationProven experience with financial models, excel or macro functionsAbility to interpret model outputs and access accuracyAdherence to project deadlines as well as management of deliverables in past faced environments AUD Australia - NSW Sydney CBD, Inner West & Eastern Suburbs Alexandria 2015
