Including, but not limited to:Monitoring Weekly and Monthly Sales Analysis and SWOTsBuilding FM% Growth StrategyEstablishing a commercial but profitable Pricing ArchitectureCategory mix and growth StrategyUltimately Growing market shareTrade and optimise the department in collaboration with the Planning team, proactively identifying and reacting in a timely way to both risks and opportunitiesWork closely with Design and the internal product development team to maximise product opportunities across the business, ensuring each category delivers innovationManage Senior Product Developer with effective leadership qualitiesBuilding strong relationships with the other Buying and Sourcing Teams, sharing intel to improve companywide processes and leverage cost savingsNegotiate FOB Costings to ensure FM growthQuantify and Place Purchase OrdersEnsure that the product is in the right place at the right timeOwn FOB supplier communication during the Production stage and oversea PLM production meetings held by the BAAWork closely with QA to ensure the best fit, and quality is maintained with consistencyBuilding strong relationships with internal stakeholders including Planning, Marketing, and retail to drive category stock turns, product placement and product knowledgeOversee maintenance of AP21 Management YouPrevious experience working in Menswear as a Buyer is highly desirableTrack record of delivering and exceeding sales and margin targets is essentialTrack record of identifying and delivering on new product opportunitiesExperience in establishing QA standards for a Premium BrandExperience in dealing with offshore offices / Supply ChainProven track record for delivery of KPI’sStrong work ethicTeam PlayerForward thinking and innovativeHigh attention to detail Where do I sign?This role is based in our stunning head offices in Alexandria.
