This role is based in our beautiful head office in Alexandria.APG & Co is always guided by our values: We are a Collective; We Thrive on Change; We Play to Win; We are Built to Last. The RoleDevelop and execute the CRM plan.Define customer segments and implement targeted marketing initiatives based on customer behaviour, preferences, and value.Own and execute the owned channels calendar.Brief in and execute email comms to support local retail marketing events and report back on key measures.Utilize the marketing automation platform to deliver personalized and timely communications to customers across various touchpoints.Develop automated customer journeys that nurture leads, onboard new customers, and drive engagement throughout the customer lifecycle.Analyse customer data to gain insights, identify opportunities, and optimize strategies for improved performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement customer loyalty campaigns and events that drive repeat purchases, engagement, and customer retention.Develop win-back strategies for inactive or lapsed customers to re-engage them.Monitor and analyse the performance of CRM campaigns and initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.Work closely with the marketing, digital, and creative teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.Coordinate with the marketing team to develop relevant and engaging content for CRM campaigns.Stay up to date with industry best practices and trends in CRM marketing to drive continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and data policies. KPIsCustomer frequency and retentionCampaign revenue, engagement, and traffic targets (instore and ecommerce).Accurate + timely delivery of campaigns adhering to brand creative guidelines.Contributing to a positive and engaged team environment. Where do I sign?As part of the APG family you'll enjoy plenty of exiting rewards and benefits.50% discount on all brandsFlexible working - hybrid of work from home and in our beautiful officesTrue work / life balance, including 4pm Friday finishBirthday leaveCulture Club - monthly social events, monthly morning tea and moreAn Employee Assistance Program for you and your familyPaid Parental LeaveRecognition and Service awardsEmployee Referral ProgramStyle your career in a new direction - apply now and join our talented team.
