APG & Co is seeking a casual Customer Care Consultant to join our collaborative team supporting retail and online channels with all queries and issue resolution. We are built to last.The Role Deliver high quality, efficient and delightful service to our customers via phone, live chat, and emailLiaise with internal and external departments to identify and resolve customer issuesAccurately record and report customer details, complaints and queries in Zendesk; and to relevant Managers and departmentsAssist with and manage a range of Customer Care tasks such as processing return to sender orders, reporting, following-up on outstanding orders and more!Accomplish and exceed all Customer Care KPIsMust be available to work Fridays and hours across the weekend. Varied hours from 7am - 8pmYouRetail customer service experience essential.
