The Role
- Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of the Dayforce payroll system and modules
- Conduct parallel pay runs and execute various testing phases
- Prepare and execute data loads from legacy payroll system to Dayforce
- Liaising with Dayforce to resolve issues and raise any system defects
- Design and execute UAT processes to ensure the system meets all requirements
- Ensure all pay policies and processes are accurate in the Dayforce system
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the IT, Payroll, HR and Finance departments to ensure the project meets business needs
About you:
- Proven experience in Dayforce implementation and a good understanding of WFM and payroll modules
- Experience within BAU payroll to ensure that requirements are met and understood
- Sydney based - this role requires being onsite in our beautiful offices in Mascot
- Ability to commit to at least 6 months within the business
- Able to collaborate with our team, communicate well with Dayforce team
