Dayforce Implementation Project Specialist – Payroll & Workforce Management SME

APG & Co is seeking a Dayforce Implementation Project Specialist to bring their system implementation experience and help us deliver another successful project! Must have a background in Payroll and Workforce management. The Role

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of the Dayforce payroll system and modules
  • Conduct parallel pay runs and execute various testing phases
  • Prepare and execute data loads from legacy payroll system to Dayforce
  • Liaising with Dayforce to resolve issues and raise any system defects
  • Design and execute UAT processes to ensure the system meets all requirements
  • Ensure all pay policies and processes are accurate in the Dayforce system
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the IT, Payroll, HR and Finance departments to ensure the project meets business needs

 

About you:

  • Proven experience in Dayforce implementation and a good understanding of WFM and payroll modules
  • Experience within BAU payroll to ensure that requirements are met and understood
  • Sydney based - this role requires being onsite in our beautiful offices in Mascot
  • Ability to commit to at least 6 months within the business
  • Able to collaborate with our team, communicate well with Dayforce team
  • Energy and drive to help us get the project done.
