An exciting opportunity is available to work for APG & Co, the home of leading Australian fashion brands, Sportscraft, Saba and Jag.We are looking for a proactive Digital Designer who can create engaging digital content for EDMs, websites and social media. Working in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment, you will work collaboratively with different teams, ensuring visual consistency in our digital communication channels while adhering to our brand and design guidelines.The role requires a proactive team player with the ability to interpret briefs, respond to feedback and create effective digital campaigns with a high degree of autonomy and attention to detail.APG & COA leader in the Australian fashion industry, APG & Co designs and manages Sportscraft, SABA and JAG. APG & Co values working as a collective, thriving on change, and playing to win. We are built to last. Key ResponsibilitiesCreate & deploy digital content across websites, social media and EDMsDesign homepage assets & onsite collateral in line with the digital calendarEnsure site landing pages are optimized for EDMs and social media campaignsCreate multiple EDMs weekly, adhering to email best practices and design guidelinesEnsure digital design elements created are consistent, accurate to brief, and created with a high level of attention to detailWork collaboratively with the creative and ecommerce teams to ensure digital content is in line with broader marketing initiatives YouProven experience working in a digitally-led design environment (ideally fashion/retail)Experience managing a high volume of work with frequent changes and feedbackStrong sense of visual design, typography, and user experienceIn depth knowledge of digital design tools (Adobe CS, Adobe XD, Sketch or similar)A solid understanding of online/email best practices and responsive designUnderstanding of HTML and CSS fundamentals is a plusExcellent communication skills, comfortable sharing your opinions and rationally explaining design-based decisions Where do I sign?This full-time role is based in our stunning head offices in Alexandria.
