Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for driving customer acquisition, conversion, and retention through the delivery of a customer-centric performance marketing strategy. Reporting to the GM Digital, this is a hands-on and highly collaborative role that will own and manage the digital marketing function across our portfolio of brands.The role requires a highly organised and data-driven marketer with an acute attention to detail and the ability to leverage digital channels to drive commercial outcomes. The Role

  • Define and execute the digital marketing strategy in partnership with the GM Digital
  • Work cross-functionally with the Ecommerce, Marketing and Creative teams to deliver engaging digital campaigns across multiple channels (search, social, display, affiliate etc.)
  • Develop segmentation, acquisition, and retargeting strategies to optimise the effectiveness of digital campaigns in line with our core marketing calendar and tactical initiatives
  • Take ownership of the end-to-end process of campaign creation from briefing to deployment
  • Manage two digital marketing executives to directly manage the search, display & social campaigns in Google Ads & Facebook Ads
  • Own and deliver the content strategy, both on and off-site, managing a content specialist
  • Manage external agencies to support SEO, affiliate & further digital marketing initiatives
  • Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring all expenditure is in line with ROAS goals

You

  • Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within an agency or fast-paced retail business
  • Technically capable and familiar with core digital marketing channels and platforms
  • Proven ability to analyse and present key insights to senior leadership
  • Ability to problem-solve in an agile and reactive retail environment
  • Passionate about self-development, proactively seeking out opportunities to keep across new industry trends or technologies
  • High-level of attention to detail, excellent communicator and collaborative team-player
  • A passion for retail & a positive can-do attitude
