The Ecommerce Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day operation of the SABA website to achieve overall online objectives. APG & CoA leader in the Australian fashion industry, APG & Co designs and manages Sportscraft, SABA and JAG. APG & Co values and expects authentic, courageous, driven team players. The RoleTradeTrade the online stores to deliver sales and profit targets.Build and manage product categories, sorting and navigation to ensure relevant customer journeys based on Marketing, Trade and Search activity.Ownership of the product enrichment process and upload all available product in accordance with delivery dates. Monitoring stock and maintaining a detailed view of the product catalogue. Working to optimise the product representation and develop online guidelines.Set up and test promotions in line with the planned activity, for specific audiences, with comprehensive messaging.Support in managing online projects, from coordinating the input of various stakeholders to briefing the relevant teams for execution and testing.Provide support to the wider Ecommerce teamReportingAccurately report on website performance weekly and execute actionable insightsPerform detailed website checks, report any issues with urgency and make fast and accurate updates where necessaryUser ExperiencePlay an active role in identifying valuable site enhancements with an understanding of the development roadmap and planned sprints.Undertake UAT for future developments.Brief and implement onsite content, including homepage, landing pages and information content with a strong focus on UX and mobile.Maintain onsite search settings, report on search activity, and continually work to optimise the search experience.Maintain open communication with the Customer Care team to ensure the customer help centre is up to date and a positive customer experience is priority.Set up and utilise A/B testing to continually optimize the online experienceBuild relationships and work with key teams to continually optimize product content and communications onsite.EDM MarketingWork cross-functionally with the Marketing and Creative teams to execute engaging email, SMS & Push campaigns in line with our core marketing calendar and tactical initiatives.Support in end-to-end process of email creation from briefing, development, testing, feedback, and deployment.Optimise and manage all trigger and journey-based email campaigns for the brand.Assist in keeping the email contact sheets and planner up to date. You1+ years in an ecommerce role and/or Ecommerce university degreeKnowledge of Google AnalyticsBasic understanding of HTMLExperience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud & Klayvio highly regardedHigh-level of attention to detailExcellent communicator and collaborative team-playerA passion for online retail & a positive can-do attitude Where do I sign?This role is based in our stunning head offices in Alexandria.
