The Ecommerce Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operation of the websites to achieve overall online objectives. APG & Co values working as a collective, thriving on change, and playing to win. We are built to last. The RoleTradeBuild and manage product categories, product merchandising and navigation to ensure relevant customer journeys based on Marketing, Trade and Search activity.Assisting of the product enrichment process and upload all available product in accordance with delivery dates. Maintaining a detailed view of the product catalogue. The Role

Trade

  • Build and manage product categories, product merchandising and navigation to ensure relevant customer journeys based on Marketing, Trade and Search activity.
  • Assisting of the product enrichment process and upload all available product in accordance with delivery dates. Maintaining a detailed view of the product catalogue. Working to optimise the product content.
  • Set up and test promotions in line with the planned activity.
  • Upload product & promotions on Marketplaces.
  • Accurately report on email and website performance weekly and execute actionable insights.

 

User Experience

  • Brief and implement onsite content, including homepage, landing pages and content articles with a strong focus on UX and mobile.
  • Maintain onsite search settings and continually work to optimise the search experience.
  • Maintain open communication with the Customer Care team to ensure the customer help centre is up to date and a positive customer experience is priority.

Marketing

You

  • 1+ years in an ecommerce role and/or Ecommerce university degree
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Experience with email marketing and ecommerce platforms
  • High-level of attention to detail
  • Excellent communicator and collaborative team-player
  • A passion for online retail & a positive can-do attitude
