The Ecommerce Coordinator is responsible for the daily operations of APG’s online JAG and Marketplace stores driving revenue and profit outcomes. APG & CoA leader in the Australian fashion industry, APG & Co designs and manages Sportscraft, SABA and JAG. APG & Co values working as a collective, thriving on change, and playing to win. We are built to last. Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplacesResponsible for day to day operations for APG’s Marketplace channels including order tracking, product/samples management, stock monitoring, returned orders and marketplace community feedbackEnsure product, price and content on marketplaces is 100% accurate and in line with business timelinesLiaise with Logistics and Customer Care teams to resolve any marketplace customer order issues and optimise customer experience based on feedbackReview and report on inventory concerns or opportunities to the planning teamOnlineTrade the Jag website to deliver sales and profit targetsAccurately report on website performance weekly and execute actionable insightsPlay an active role in identifying valuable site enhancementsUndertake UAT for future developmentsCollaborate with the wider Ecommerce team on group projects and cross-brand projectsSupport in briefing and implementing onsite content and setting up promotionsAssist in uploading and optimizing productPerform detailed daily website checks, report any issues with urgency and make fast and accurate updates where necessary. Maintain open communication with the Customer Care team to ensure a positive customer experience is a priority.MarketingWork cross-functionally with the Marketing and Creative teams to execute engaging email, SMS & Push campaigns in line with our core marketing calendar and tactical initiatives.Accurately report on email performance weekly and execute actionable insightsSupport in end-to-end process of email creation from briefing, building, testing, and deployment.Optimise and manage all trigger and journey-based email campaigns for the brand.Set up and utilise A/B testing to continually optimizeAssist in keeping the email planner up to date. You1+ years in an ecommerce role and/or Ecommerce university degreeHigh-level of attention to detailExperience with working with marketplaces preferredExcellent communicator and collaborative team-playerA passion for online retail & a positive can-do attitude Where do I sign?This full-time role is based in our stunning head offices in Alexandria.
