The Ecommerce Manager is responsible for driving revenue, conversion and delivering optimum performance for the online SPORTSCRAFT store. You will own and optimise the online store to ensure best in class experience and sales targets are met.APG & CoA leader in the Australian fashion industry, APG & Co designs and manages Sportscraft, SABA and JAG. APG & Co values and expects authentic, courageous, driven team players. The RoleTradeTrade the website and marketplaces to deliver sales & profit targets.Optimise the customer experience online to drive conversion and AOV.Analyse the site and provide insights to the product and planning teams to optimise stock availability across categories, styles, sizes and future opportunities.Liaise with marketing, logistics, retail and customer care teams to optimise the customer experience of all omni-channel initiatives.Work with the digital marketing team to optimise experience for various traffic channels and provide insights for constant improvement.Implement actions from weekly trade reports provided by the online planner & product teams.Manage the ecommerce coordinator to ensure product, promotions and website content is accurate and live on time.Review all website activity before launch to live siteReportingAccurately report on weekly website performance to deliver actionable insights and produce weekly action plansProvide detailed email campaign analysis and reports with data-driven insights and improvement initiativesUser ExperienceManage online user experience, including design, testing and deployment.Own SEO and implement CRO recommendations based off testing insights.Work with our ecommerce suppliers to implement new platform features.Recommend commercial development requirements to enhance online experience.Utilise A/B testing to optimise online experience and drive best practice outcomes for the customer. Propose hypotheses for new tests, execute and action insights from each test.Working with the brand and creative teams to ensure the site is on brand in terms of navigation, structure, and content.EDMWork cross-functionally with the Marketing and Creative teams to execute engaging email, SMS & Push campaigns in line with our core marketing calendar and tactical initiatives.Develop segmentation, content, and contact strategies to improve the effectiveness of the EDM & direct traffic channel.Take ownership of the end-to-end process of email creation from briefing, development, testing, feedback, and deployment.Optimise and manage all trigger and journey-based campaigns including abandon cart, welcome vouchers, anniversary, and birthday campaigns.Evaluate and improve internal workflows with a focus on process and efficiency.Maintain an in-depth understanding of industry trends and best-practices to continuously test and optimise channel performance. KPI's: Targets achieved for: Sales, Gross Profit $, AOV, Conversion Rate, traffic performance You5+ years of relevant experience in the eCommerce spaceStrong understanding of Salesforce, Google Analytics, Web optimization toolExperience using Email marketing platforms (Klaviyo is preferable but not essential)Solid understanding of onsite merchandising and content and how it can be used to drive salesHighly organized with the ability to manage projects and external partnersA positive, collaborative and solutions focused attitudeInnovative, organized and highly analytical Where do I sign?This role is based in our stunning head offices in Alexandria.
