The Ecommerce Trade Specialist is responsible for day-to-day operation of the JAG website to achieve overall online objectives. As the guardian of the ecommerce website you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the brands online retail presence.   APG & CoA leader in the Australian fashion industry, APG & Co designs and manages Sportscraft, SABA and JAG. APG & Co values working as a collective, thriving on change, and playing to win. We are built to last. The RoleTradeTrade the online store to deliver sales and profit targetsOptimise the customer experience online to drive conversion and profitBuild product categories to ensure relevant customer journeys based on Marketing, Trade and Search Marketing activity.Ownership of the enrichment process and upload of all available product in accordance with delivery dates. Monitoring stock and maintaining a detailed view of the product catalogue. Working to optimise the product representation and develop online guidelines.Set up promotions in line with the planned activity, for specific audiences, with comprehensive messaging.Support in managing Online projects, from coordinating the input of various stakeholders to briefing the relevant teams for execution and testing.Work with the brand team/s, marketing, and content to drive ATV, visits and conversionSupport the ecommerce team on cross brand projectsReportingAccurately report on website performance weekly and execute actionable insightsPerform detailed website checks, report any issues with urgency and make fast and accurate updates where necessary.Provide detailed email campaign analysis and reports with data-driven insights and improvement initiatives User ExperiencePlay an active role in identifying valuable site enhancements in line with the strategy, with an understanding of the development roadmap and planned sprints.Undertake UAT for future developmentsBrief and implement onsite content, including homepage, landing pages and information content using HTML, with a strong focus on UX and mobile.Maintain onsite search settings, report on search activity, and continually work to optimise the search experienceUtilise A/B testing to continually optimize the online experienceEnsure site is functioning and experience is continually enhanced through navigation updates, content, promotion execution and customer journeysEmail MarketingWork cross-functionally with the Marketing and Creative teams to execute engaging email campaigns in line with our core marketing calendar and tactical initiativesDevelop segmentation, content, and contact strategies to improve the effectiveness of the email marketing channelTake ownership of the end-to-end process of email creation from concept to briefing, development, testing, feedback, and deploymentOptimise and manage all trigger and journey-based email campaignsEvaluate and improve internal workflows with a focus on process and efficiencyMaintain an in-depth understanding of industry trends and best-practices to continuously test and optimise email performanceMarketplacesOperate and optimise product/price/stock feeds based on marketplace performanceEnsure product, price and content on marketplaces is 100% accurate and in line with business timelinesLiaise with marketplace partners to ensure operational efficienciesWork with integration vendors to ensure integrity of marketplace system and troubleshoot issuesReview and report on inventory concerns or opportunities to the planning team You4+ years in an ecommerce role, preferably in fashion retailKnowledge of Google AnalyticsExperience in Klaviyo or similar email building platformExperience in any blog building tool eg.
