We’re looking for a full-time product photographer to join the team at APG&Co, reporting into our Head of Brand Creative.Working on the brands Sportscraft, SABA and JAG this is the perfect role for a creative, dedicated team player who is extremely organised and has a great eye for detail. As part of the in-house creative team you’ll be working in an exciting, fast-paced environment with ample opportunities to be creative and push boundaries with product photography.The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable shooting high-volume, straightforward product shots and creative, edgy product shots, campaign and video with a focus on improving the experience for the online consumer. APG & CoA leader in the Australian fashion industry, APG & Co designs and manages Sportscraft, SABA and JAG. APG & Co values working as a collective, thriving on change, and playing to win. We are built to last.The RoleStudio photography for up to 300+ products a month for online e-commerce across all brandsVideography for campaign, online product and marketing collateralCampaign photographyInternal re-touching and overseeing external retouching to ensure quality and accuracy in colour and detailMaintain brand aesthetic, consistency and quality controlLiaising with external third parties for outsourced retouching, video editing, and deepetching, ensuring timely deliveryWorking collaboratively with the creative and marketing teams for campaign, flatlay, social media, EDMs and additional marketing assetsWorking to improve the quality of images on the site, to drive salesShowcase high levels of collaboration both on and off set.Liaising with the Studio Co-ordinator / Stylist, Buying and Planning teams to ensure samples arrive in time to be shotKeeping track of drop dates to ensure product is shot in timeMaintaining excellent relationships with e-commerce managers to ensure product shots are available when needed YouPrevious professional experience in studio photography and videography, fashion background is essential. High-level of proficiency in MacOS, Capture One Pro, Adobe CC Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro), DaVinci ResolveStrong retouching and video-editing skillsComfortable with studio equipment (Profoto, Canon, Panasonic, Ronin etc)High-level proficiency in using in-house studio equipment (cameras, lighting etc.) and troubleshootingCollaboration and team skills are essentialAbility to work ad-hoc basis Where do I sign?This full-time role is a hybrid role based both in our stunning head offices in Alexandria.
