Working in the IT Servicedesk and Infrastructure team, you will assist in supporting all IT functions across APG & Co Head Office and our retail network of 250+ stores.Managing and monitoring all installed IT systems and infrastructure. Installing, configuring and maintaining operating systems, application software, network and system management tools. Ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.APG & CoA leader in the Australian fashion industry, APG & Co designs and manages Sportscraft, SABA and JAG. APG & Co values working as a collective, thriving on change, and playing to win. We are built to last. The RoleManage and monitoring all IT infrastructure, including off-site Datacentre and Office 365 environmentOversee the development and installation of new systems and software solutionsSecurity monitoring of network infrastructureSystem Administration and checksEnsure constant availability of technical resourcesAnticipating potential issues or bottlenecks and identifying possible solutionsTroubleshooting and resolving all technical issues when they arisePatching and Security updates of critical systemsProvide technical direction to IT support staffOwnership of Cyber Security controls and policiesBackups and Disaster Recovery.Flexibility to assist IT Support team as requiredLiaising with IT vendorsTechnical SkillsManagement and proactive monitoring of Virtual Windows Servers (2012/2016/2019)Managing and maintaining Active Directory /Azure AD, with the background understanding of how it works.Experience managing VMware infrastructure across multiple sites/datacentresExperience with Microsoft SCOMManagement and Support of Dell datacentre hardwareManaging File Servers and BackupsManagement of Dell EMC & Equallogic SAN’sWAN & SDWAN Network monitoringEnsuring security of network infrastructureManagement of an Exchange Hybrid EnvironmentFamiliarity with SQL support and administration tasks.Management of Office 365 and AzureManagement of Users Devices and Microsoft Endpoint SecurityZerto business continuity softwareExperience with Cisco & Dell switchesExperience in PowerShell scriptingYou5+ experience in a similar roleMicrosoft & VMware Certified Professional certifications highly regardedPatient and professional demeanour, with a can-do attitudeAbility to learn and support new systems with minimal supervisionAvailability outside of working hours to resolve emergency issues promptlyA background in retail would be an advantageWhere do I sign?This full time permanent role is based in our stunning head offices in Alexandria.
