About the Role

Reporting to the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager, this role is responsible for providing an excellent customer experience, meeting sales targets and maintaining the highest levels of store presentation.

About You

  • Customer service experience (in a retail environment would be advantageous)
  • A brand ambassador with a natural ability to build rapport and develop customer relationships
  • An obvious love for fashion, styling and trends within the industry
  • Thrive on team work and collaboration
  • Are goal orientated and motivated to achieve store targets and KPIs
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and expectations
  • Impeccable personal presentation
  • Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods

  • Deliver exceptional customer-focused service, ensuring seamless transactions.

  • Become an expert in product knowledge, fabrication and personal styling to enhance the customer experience
