APG & Co is Australia’s leading homegrown house of fashion brands, and we are looking for a talented Marketing professional to help lead the growth of SABA.You will be responsible for the planning and execution of all aspects of our brand communication strategy, successfully driving growth in awareness, customer acquisition and brand alignment through the delivery of elevated creative content and relevant campaigns. You will work in a collaborative team environment, partnering with the General Manager, Product & performance led digital marketing team to bring all aspects of the brand to life. Your passion for and understanding of marketing and creative, through website, email, social and search channels will be a key asset as you work with our e-commerce team to continue to drive this high growth channel.The RoleMARKETING:Marketing and Communications PlanningManagement and execution of marketing and communications planning calendar to deliver Brand strategy goals and cohesiveness across all channels – social media, EDMs, retail and online.Administrate marketing budget to effectively deliver brand KPIs in most cost-effective manner.Report monthly on all marketing activity results + metrics against brand KPIs.Social and MediaDevelopment and execution of organic social media strategy building on platform engagement and driving target audience awareness.Drive influencer strategy and execute all outreach across product gifting, paid talent and brand ambassador engagement, ensuring executed on time in budget and to brief.Track trends and analyse performance to maximize impact of content and social media properties on monthly basis.Public RelationsSupport & drive PR agency on brand activations & initiatives, as well as influencer & media relationships to deliver Brand objectives.Manage reporting of results and communicate with key business stakeholders.Local Store MarketingEngage and collaborate with retail team at a store level to gain insight on marketing activity to support team and engage customers to drive sales growth in retail channel.Collaborate with local centres & marketplaces such as Westfield to drive awareness and traffic to Brand.Collaborate with major retail partner David Jones for all co-op advertising opportunities, creative and execution (instore VM and digital assets) to deliver Brand strategy.Promotional ProgramDrive the promotional plan with supporting marketing to maximise effectiveness of the tacticals. CREATIVE:Agency PartnershipsManage relationships with external agency partners to deliver creative campaigns/lookbooks to agreed briefs, budgets and timings.Maximise output of agency partners and external suppliers.EcommerceCo-ordinate the ecommerce photoshoots;
