You will be responsible for the development and execution of all aspects of our brand communication strategy, successfully driving growth in awareness, customer acquisition and insights through the delivery of consistent creative content and innovative campaigns. You will work in a collaborative team environment, partnering with the General Manager, Product & digital marketing team to bring all aspects of the brand to life. Your passion for and understanding of marketing and creative, through website, email, social and search channels will be a key asset as you work with our e-commerce teams to continue to drive this high growth channel.

The Role
MARKETING:
Marketing and Communications Strategy
- Management and execution of marketing and communications planning calendar to deliver Brand strategy and alignment across all channels â social media, EDMs, retail and online.
- Manage marketing budget to effectively deliver brand KPIs in most cost-effective manner.
- Report monthly on all marketing activity results + metrics against brand KPIs
Social and Media
- Creation and execution of organic social media strategy building on platform engagement and driving target audience awareness.
- Drive influencer strategy and execute all outreach across product gifting, paid talent and brand ambassador engagement, ensuring executed on time in budget and to brief.
- Track trends and analyse performance to maximize impact of content and social media properties on quarterly basis.
Public Relations
- Work with PR agency on appropriate media relationships and exposure to deliver Brand objectives.
- Manage reporting of results and communicate with key business stakeholders.
Local Store Marketing
- Engage and collaborate with retail team at a store level to gain insight on marketing activity to support team and engage customers to drive sales growth in retail channel.
- Collaborate with local centres & marketplaces ie Westfield to drive awareness and traffic to Brand.
- Collaborate with major retail partner David Jones for all co-op advertising opportunities, creative and execution (instore VM and digital assets) to deliver Brand strategy.
Promotional Program
- Drive the promotional plan with supporting marketing to maximise effectiveness of the tacticals.
CREATIVE:
Agency Partnerships
- Manage relationships with external agency partners to deliver creative campaigns/lookbooks to agreed briefs, budgets and timings.
- Maximise output of agency partners and external suppliers.
Ecommerce
- Co-ordinate and direct the ecommerce photoshoots; leading studio teams and partnering with product and ecommerce team to deliver on their roles, directing model, making selects, ensuring imagery is high quality and on brand.
Graphic Design
- Brief in graphic designer to ensure delivery of all content assets required for integrated campaign implementation.
- Ensure consistency and quality control on all collateral produced, in line with the internal approvals process
Brand implementation
- Ensures Brand DNA is understood and implemented by all marketing support departments.
- Build on the understanding of the Brand and who the target audience is.
- Appropriate, consistent positioning of the Brand across all marketing and communications in line with business strategy and Brand DNA.
Finance
- Work with GM to ensure annual budgets are appropriate and aligned with business objectives.
- Accurate financial management of the budget alongside the finance team ensuring detailed monthly reconciliations.
Compliance
- Ensure compliance in place in relation to Trade Practices Act, Privacy Act and ACCC requirements.
Leadership and Teamwork
- Be responsible for the management and development of the team.
- Create and develop strong working relationships with peers across Marketing and the extended business team to effectively share work in progress, plans, ideas and resources.
KPI's
- Traffic
- Customer acquisition
- strong Brand presence and consistency of brand voice across all communications in the customer journey.
- Marketing plans created & delivered.
- Delivery of campaigns/lookbook/ecommerce photoshoots on time and in budget, creating efficiencies where possible.
You
- Digital and Social Marketing experience
- Extensive experience in integrated or Brand marketing roles
- Fashion/ retail industry experience is essential.
- Proven ability to grow and build a brand.
- Successful translation of customer insights, consumer research, sales, and market data into clear action plans
- Strong understanding of communications development, campaign management & implementation and production processes
- Experience in managing external agencies.
- Budget and supplier management
- Strong organisation, multi-tasking, and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to think strategically while rolling up sleeves to get things done.
