We have an exciting opportunity for a People & Culture Advisor to join our passionate and collaborative People & Culture team and support the delivery of the HR strategy to drive business results. Are you a people centric problem solver? You will be the go-to on all P&C related matters for our amazing retail network.Reporting to the General Manager of People & Culture, this role will be responsible for supporting and enabling our business leaders to effectively manage and support their people, and provide generalist HR support and advice to our employees to support them in all aspects of their employment.This role requires skills in influencing, planning and implementing HR projects and initiatives and the ability to solve business problems with a focus on the engagement, development and performance of our people.APG & CoA leader in the Australian fashion industry, APG & Co designs and manages Sportscraft, SABA and JAG.
