We have an exciting opportunity for a People & Culture Business Advisor to join our passionate and collaborative People & Culture team and support the delivery of the HR strategy to drive business results.Reporting to the General Manager of People & Culture, this role will be responsible for supporting and enabling our business leaders to effectively manage and support their people, and provide generalist HR support and advice to our employees to support them in all aspects of their employment.This role requires skills in influencing, planning and implementing HR projects and initiatives and the ability to solve business problems with a focus on the engagement, development and performance of our people.APG & CoA leader in the Australian fashion industry, APG & Co designs and manages Sportscraft, SABA and JAG. APG & Co values working as a collective, thriving on change, and playing to win. We are built to last.  The Role Support a variety of HR focuses across recruitment, engagement and retention, remuneration and benefits, performance management and leadership capabilityProvide support and manage projects within the People & Culture spacePartner with leaders (in Head Office and our store network across Australia and New Zealand) and take accountability for the effective delivery of people strategiesManage Employee Relations cases end to end including employee grievances, performance issues and workplace health and safety. Interpret HR policies and employment legislation, advise on risk management, and coach and support managers in handling people management, safety, talent development and change processes You4 years’ experience working in a HR Generalist/ business partnering role in a fast-paced organisation, preferably retailGraduate or Post Graduate degree in Human Resources or related degree highly desirable but not essential.Demonstrated experience working as a Business Partner or HR Advisor delivering advice and support services, along with contemporary solution-focused HR initiatives to a fashion retail businessStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to support and challenge as requiredA trusted adviser with a confident approach Experience in interpreting, understanding and applying awards, HR processes and policies across the employee lifecycleThe natural capacity to be resilient, optimistic and fun to work with, even under pressureExperience in developing and implementing HR initiatives aligned to the Company strategyDemonstrated problem solving, advisory and coaching skillsAbility to create and maintain positive relationships across organisations and add value through positively influencing people management capability and practices across the organisation Where do I sign?This full-time role is a hybrid role based both in our stunning head offices in Alexandria and Work from Home.
