The successful candidate will be responsible for maximising store performance through key areas of team management, sales, customer service, retention and recruitment, WHS, visual merchandising, stock management and expense control.SABA We're for the doers, creators and the cities' makers. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximising store performance through key areas of team management, sales, customer service, retention and recruitment, WHS, visual merchandising, stock management and expense control. Duties include:Develop and inspire a team of passionate and energetic Sales Ambassadors & Retail Managers Deliver a premium Customer Experience through on brand teams, product knowledge & customer careDrive incentives to ensure high performanceSupport retail teams to achieve business objectives.Recruitment of key roles in line with state succession planning model. Drive the incentive program to ensure high performance, attraction and retention of top talent.Promote team learning by ensuring thorough induction process, monthly workshops, sales reviews, & floor walks take place in key marketsEnsure visual merchandising, housekeeping and store presentation are in line with company standards.Management of stock received and stock sent to minimise shrinkageAll policies and procedures are read, understood and communicated to teamMeet APG & Co WH&S requirements in all store locationsSkills & ExperiencePassion and experience in retail and/or service environment Proven high performer as a senior retail Multi-Site Manager Strong communication skills and basic numeric + literacy skills Highly motivated and team orientedProven management and operational leadership with a strong emphasis on interpersonal skills including coaching and developing team membersDocumentation to prove right to live and work in Australia What we can do for you: We believe the key to being one of Australia's most trusted and recognized fashion brands, is a united, passionate team.
