An exciting opportunity has become available for a Service Desk Analyst. Reporting to the ServiceDesk Team Leader and working in the IT Servicedesk and Infrastructure team, you will assist in supporting all IT functions across APG & Co. Support Office and our retail network of 300+ stores. You will be responsible for managing and monitoring all IT requests, including installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop IT and supporting retail stores with IT POS hardware and software.  APG & CoA leader in the Australian fashion industry, APG & Co designs and manages Sportscraft, SABA and JAG. APG & Co values working as a collective, thriving on change, and playing to win. We are built to last. The Role Logging all customer IT requests and problems (Stores and Head Office)Ensuring all customers are kept informed of the status of their IT requestIdentifying and learning appropriate software and hardware used and supported by APG&CoInstalling and configuring system hardware and softwareConfiguration of retail store IT equipment for installationInstalling POS equipment into stores as requiredCoordination of IT vendors during new store setupMaintaining documentation related to the network and desktop is kept up to dateDesktop IT SupportBeing on call 1 week out 3 (priority issues only) You To be successful in this role you must be a self-starter who is proactive and adaptable.
