Studio Coordinator & Content Producer

We are seeking a junior to mid-weight Studio Manager and Content Producer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our photo studio, ensuring smooth operations, and production of high-quality visual content to enhance our brand presence. This role is based in our beautiful head office in Alexandria.APG & Co is always guided by our values: We are a Collective; We Thrive on Change; We Play to Win; We are Built to Last. The RoleStudio ManagementOversee day-to-day operations of the photo studio, ensuring all equipment is functional and well-maintained.Coordinate scheduling and bookings for use of the studio space, photographers and other stakeholders.Managing the monthly studio budgetsCasting models for all three brands including agency negotiationManage inventory of photography equipment, props, and supplies, reordering of items as necessary and within budget - reporting back to brand / department heads on budgets prior and post shoot?Create and maintain a safe and organized working environment within the studio.Team CollaborationWork closely with photographers, stylists, and other team members to ensure seamless coordination during photoshoots.Provide guidance and support to the photography team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.Collaborate with marketing and design teams to integrate visual content into various campaigns and marketing materials.Quality ControlConduct regular quality checks on all visual content to maintain high standards of photography and editing.Review and approve final images before they are used for promotional or marketing purposes.Administrative TasksHandle administrative tasks related to studio operations, including budgeting, invoicing, and the fostering of client relationships and communication.Keep detailed records of photoshoots, equipment usage, budgets, and studio bookings.File management post shootAssist stylist on set - prepping and steaming clothes, organising and collating sample product from respective teams for the stylist  Preparing pre-production documents and boards YouIf you are a highly motivated and creative individual with a passion for photography and content production, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity. The Role

Studio Management

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the photo studio, ensuring all equipment is functional and well-maintained.
  • Coordinate scheduling and bookings for use of the studio space, photographers and other stakeholders.
  • Managing the monthly studio budgets
  • Casting models for all three brands including agency negotiation
