As the Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be a true business partner to our hiring teams, advising on best practice and industry trends as well as running the end-to-end recruitment process. You will also play a critical role in communicating our employer brand and value proposition to market and you'll have the opportunity to develop and execute recruitment and employer branding strategies for the Group.Reporting to GM People & Culture, this role owns and drives the recruitment function - driving attraction and engaging high calibre employees across our retail stores. Deliver best practice recruitment in a fast paced, high volume environment and balance BAU with process improvements - this role is an amazing hands-on opportunity. The RolePartner with Hiring Managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment process for our retail network and support office rolesOwning and managing the full life cycle including sourcing, screening, reference checking, hiring and onboardingCreating and developing concise job briefs, executing recruitment strategies and writing targeted and compelling advertisementsMaintain recruitment ATS and careers page data integrityEnsure high standards of candidate care throughout recruitment processCreating employment contracts and contract variationsWork closely with People & Culture team on Remuneration & Benefits and Workforce PlanningProviding market and data insight to help stakeholders make informed decisions Support, coach and mentor managers through the recruitment processAdvising on the best go-to-market channel strategies & develop new sourcing strategies Building talent pool and candidate pipelines for key business roles, market mapping, building future networks and targeted headhuntingDeliver on specific Talent Acquisition projects and broader HR projects eg.
